SmartRunner Assessment (VO2max and running gait)
What:
A full assessment to help you train smarter and run better. Includes a VO₂ max and fitness test, personalised training zones calculation, running gait analysis, shoe advice, and training recommendations with a strength training program.
For:
Recreational runners and enthusiasts who want tailored, science-based guidance to improve performance and run smarter.
Important:
You’ll run on a treadmill while wearing a VO₂ mask, with the speed gradually increasing. The test finishes near your max effort, so it’s best to be injury-free on the day.

Running Gait & Strength Assessment
What:
A focused session to assess your running form, movement patterns, and strength. Includes in-depth running gait analysis and a functional strength and mobility screen. You’ll also get feedback on how your current shoes support your mechanics, with shoe recommendations.
For:
Runners looking to improve their form, prevent injuries, or get a strength program based on how their body moves.

Injury assessment
Assessment of running and non-running injuries to guide your rehab plan and exercise prescription.
May include treadmill running analysis, strength, stability, and mobility testing.
Follow-up sessions required to prescribe and progress the program.

Shoe assessment only
Consultation and treadmill running analysis for shoe recommendations.
Consist of treadmill running test in current shoes, from which a list of potential running shoes are provided.

Re-assessment
Follow-up assessment of biomechanics, running gait and consultation to monitor progress and determine next step.

Session
45 minute one-on-one session, or follow-up session from an assessment.
For exercise prescription, supervised training or updating of current exercises/rehabilitation program.

INNERSIGHT - VO₂ Max testing
A personalized treadmill or bike-based test that measures your VO₂ max, ventilatory thresholds, and breathing efficiency to assess cardiovascular fitness, set accurate training zones, and track progress over time. Ideal for runners, cyclists, HYROX and paddle athletes, team sport players, and anyone interested in improving performance, optimizing training, or supporting long-term health and longevity.

Resting metabolic rate assessment
A non-invasive breath test that measures how many calories you burn at rest and how your body uses fat and carbs. Useful for tailoring nutrition, recovery, and body composition goals.
